Hi, I’m Jayden Jenkins
I was born and raised in Harlem, NYC. I graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I’m currently in graduate school studying sports psychology.
This has been my interest since I was 16 years old, and now I actually get to put it into practice. Mental performance coaching isn’t just a business opportunity for me. I love what I do.
My Approach
We are all educators in our day-to-day lives and conversations. I believe every interaction is an invaluable opportunity to listen, learn, and process information meaningfully. I approach consulting not just as a title, but as a commitment to active mentorship. By combining observation, patience, and empathy, I try to create a tailored, welcoming environment where performers feel supported to explore their potential and broaden their perspectives.
Continuous Growth
I look at development as a continuous spectrum focused on improvement over time. True progress is when an individual can self-evaluate, analyze their own execution, and actively engage in their development. By fostering open, two-way dialogue, valuing feedback, and maintaining a constant commitment to professional growth, I ensure that my consulting methods remain dynamic, responsive, and targeted to each individual's unique needs.
Empowering the Performer
My ultimate objective is to provide individuals with the practical mental tools they need to improve performance and maintain competitive consistency. I aim to equip people with essential, transferable life skills—like critical thinking, resilience, and psychological flexibility. Through collaboration, I strive to foster a high-engagement environment that prepares performers to adapt and succeed in any context they encounter.
